Sunday lunch,
turned into a business.
For the first two years in Barcelona we cooked for friends — Argentines missing home, Spanish neighbours curious about the smoke coming off the terrace, Erasmus kids who had never seen a chorizo bitten right off the grill.
Word kept spreading. People started asking us to cook for birthdays. Then a wedding. Then a few groups who wanted "the local thing, but real". We bought a proper portable parrilla, then a second one, and named ourselves what our friends already called us: Los Hermanos Parrilleros.
Today we cook all over Barcelona and the Catalan coast. The job hasn't changed much. We arrive, we light the fire, we feed the table, we leave it clean.
