What we bring, and what you need

The parrilla, the charcoal, the meat, the drinks, the ice and the tableware. From you we need a space of about 2 by 1 metres and a table to sit at.

If your building only allows gas, we cook on gas. It is a common situation in Barcelona and it is not a problem.

How the afternoon runs

We arrive before your guests to light the fire, because embers cannot be rushed. The meat comes off the grill in waves, chorizo and morcilla first and then the cuts, so nobody waits with an empty plate.

We leave when the sobremesa does.
